Competitiveness Toolkit for Small and Very Small Enterprises
Strengthening existing small and micro-enterprises to upgrade and improve their competitive position in the internal and external market by investing in the modernization of their production equipment and the certification of their products.
Businesses should cumulatively meet the following requirements:
have closed at least 3 12-year management uses
have the eligible investment DBs, in accordance with Annex III "ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES (DBs)"
have at least 2 full-time or part-time EMUs in the year preceding the submission of the investment plan.
from 20/2/2019 until budget exhausted
The invitation will remain open for applications until the available budget is exhausted and at the latest 18 months after its initial publication.
Financing applications will be evaluated in order of priority, according to the date of submission of the investment plan.
Businesses are submitting an online application for funding, which is also accompanied by an electronic application form to the State Aid Information System.
The online application file shall contain the required Annex I submission / inclusion documents in a non-editable electronic file format (eg pdf file).
CAUTION : Please note that each attachment must have a capacity of up to 10 MB.

Machinery - Equipment up to 100% of the investment plan
Certification of products - services - processes up to 100% of investment plan
Packaging - Label - Branding up to 25% of investment plan

Salary cost of employees (new staff)
The start date of expenditure eligibility is the date of publication of the invitation.
